Mummy & Me Mini-Sessions

I’m pleased to announce I will be offering Mummy & Me Mini-Shoots in Bushy Park in Hampton on Wednesday 13th May, it looks so pretty with the blossom in full bloom and gorgeous wild flowers, there are lots of lovely spots including a cute little bridge and pond full of ducks!

The Mummy & Me Mini-Sessions are £195 and include:

20 minute session

Online password protected gallery of around 30 images for you to view

5 digital images (additional digital images and products are available for purchase with no obligation)

The mini-sessions are 20 minutes and will take place on Wednesday 13th May, the available times are:

A Mother & Daughter shoot in Sussex

I spent a lovely morning with Kate and her little one Tilly at their home in Lindfield, Sussex for a Mother & Daughter shoot. We played some of Tilly’s favourite games; she made us delicious pretend cakes at her tea party, played ring a ring a roses and she drew a lovely picture of me on her blackboard!…oh, and she renamed me ‘Nora’!!!!

Fine Art Prints

It was my friend’s baby shower at the weekend and as a gift I printed some of the images from her recent maternity shoot, they came beautifully packaged and I was really impressed with the quality, I was so pleased with them that I’ve decided to offer them as part of my product range. The Fine Art Prints are 7×5 inches and come in a set of 6, printed to the very best quality on beautiful fine art paper chosen to last a lifetime, carefully hand wrapped and presented in a made-to-measure kraft presentation box. Maternity Shoot in London Chelsea

This week I photographed a collaboration maternity shoot in London Chelsea with JoJo Maman Bébé and lovely Emily from www.blog-me-beautiful.com. The images are under wraps for now but I can share with you a few shots of Emily in her ‘model’s own’ outfit taken at the end of the shoot. We found a quiet little mews just off the King’s Road, it was lined with gorgeous white town houses and a white brick wall which made the perfect backdrop. Emily looks so amazing pregnant, love her maternity style!….. it’s not surprising that passers-by kept stopping to say how gorgeous she looked!

Bohemian Bump Shoot in London

A few weeks a go I spent some time with my gorgeous friend Jo at her flat in London for her maternity shoot…..we caught up, reminisced about stories from our uni days and I photographed her lovely baby bump! I loved putting together the styling for the shoot, lots of pretty lace and fringing for a bohemian feel which suited Jo perfectly! It was such a pleasure to photograph my friend at this special time in her life and I’m so excited for what’s to come!!

The Cotswolds

A cosy cottage, log fire, long walks, hot chocolates and a hut tub!!….I think I’ve found my perfect place!

Here are a few shots from our trip for my sister’s 30th birthday to The Cotswolds, would love to go back again soon….

Then there was Florence….

Jo got in touch at the end of last year with the lovely idea of having some pregnancy shots done as a surprise for her husband’s christmas present. She booked a Maternity and Newborn package and we met for a relaxed afternoon at her home in Hackney to get some natural shots of Jo and her bump. I took advantage of the beautiful interiors and even persuaded her to lye on her gorgeous white painted wooden floors in the new nursery! It was great to go back and see Jo again for the newborn shoot and meet her husband Craig and their gorgeous new addition, Florence. She was such a good girl and slept for pretty much the whole shoot, snug as a bug wrapped in a pretty cashmere blanket!

Thanks for stopping by and welcome to my shiny new website! I’m really happy to be able to share it with you and show you what’s been happening behind the scenes…..

I’m so excited that Laura Beth Photography has become a reality and to see what adventures it will take me on! It’s brought me some great opportunities so far, taking me to some lovely new places and putting me back in touch with old friends to photograph their families.

Before becoming a Photographer I studied Fashion at university and worked on magazines such as Elle and Cosmopolitan styling and assisting on photo shoots. While on the shoots my attention often wandered from steaming designer clothes (like I was supposed to be doing!) to checking out what the photographer was up to and gradually I moved over to the photography side of things. For eight years I was Creative Director at a studio specialising in family portraiture where I developed my own style of shooting, always with a strong fashion influence and a keen eye for detail and colour. After spending some time travelling, I fell in love with photographing people in their natural environment and using their surroundings to create storytelling images. I incorporate this in my work now as a Lifestyle Photographer and do at-home shoots or choose a location that is special or personal to you.

Since photographing many of my friends for a series of shoots; maternity, newborn and throughout their little one’s childhood I’ve been drawn to capturing the beauty of Motherhood and specialise in this area as a Motherhood Photographer. It is my passion to photograph the real emotion, connection and love between a Mother and her family in a natural and simple way. I will be posting recent Motherhood shoots on this blog as well as sharing the mum’s thoughts on everything from maternity fashion must-haves to nursery decor style.
